In 2020, there was more than 1.78 billion websites on the internet. We have a tendency to forget about it, but internet requires a lot of energy to work properly. In fact, 2% of the greenhouse gas emissions are generated by the use of internet. Were you also informed that a website generates 4.61 g of CO2 every time a page is consulted?
